Abstract

"MANCAL DE DESLIZAMENTO E INSTALAçãO DE ENERGIA EóLICA". Em um mancal de deslizamento para a transmissão de elevadas forças axiais e grandes momentos de flexão, com pequenos movimentos relativos, um componente de mancal cooperante tem uma nervura anular, a qual penetra em uma fenda anular provida no outro componente de mancal cooperante. A nervura anular, a qual pode ser de uma seção transversal trapezoidal, convergente para fora, é provida com guarnições de anti-fricção em suas faces laterais livre e, possivelmente, em faces periféricas. As guarnições de anti-fricção, similarmente ao componente cooperante em questão, em particular um anel externo portando a nervura anular, podem ser subdivididas no tipo de segmento. Os segmentos podem ser então liberados individualmente a partir de sua instalação compósita e mantidos, em particular providos com novas guarnições de anti-fricção. Um uso preferido deste mancal de deslizamento é a disposição do mesmo entre um cabeçote de máquina, suportado por torre, e o cabeçote de torre de uma instalação de energia eólica.
