Abstract

"PROCESSOS EM DOIS E TRêS ESTáGIOS PARA PREPARAR UMA POLIAMIDA A PARTIR DE UMA AMINONITRILA E áGUA". A invenção diz respeito a um método para a produção de poliamidas a partir de amino nitrilas e de água, (1) pela reação das aminonitrilas com água em uma temperatura ambiente de 180 a 350<198> C e uma pressão de 30 a 120 bar ajustada de uma tal maneira que além de uma fase líquida, uma fase aquosa também esteja presente na primeira etapa de reação; (2) relaxamento da mistura de reação obtida na primeira etapa de reação por intermédio de zona evaporadora ou adiabaticamente com a remoção da água e da amónia em uma segunda etapa de reação e (3) pós-condensação na segunda etapa de reação em uma pressão de 0, 1 mbar a 5 bar em uma temperatura de 230 a 320<198> C.
