Abstract

"PROCESSO PARA PRODUZIR PEPTìDEOS ANTI-CONGELAMENTO, CULTURAS BACTERIANAS PURAS, PROTEìNA, ISOFORMAS E DERIVADOS DE SEQuêNCIA DE AMINOáCIDOS, SEQuêNCIA DE áCIDO NUCLEICO, E, PRODUTO ALIMENTìCIO". A invenção refere-se a um processo para a preparação de um novo peptídeo anti-congelamento e aos peptídeos obtidos a partir de bactérias de um meio em baixa temperatura aquoso, como Marinomonas protea e uma nova espécies Pseudomonas. Estes peptídeos anti-congelamento podem ser incorporados de modo apropriado em produtos alimentícios congelados como vegetais congelados e artigos de confeitaria em geral congelados, como sorvetes.
