Abstract

"PAREDES ATIVAS". A presente invenção se refere a um dispositivo de distribuição de pó para transportar e misturar um pó fino com um gás. O dispositivo apresenta um elemento de distribuição que forma uma conexão entre uma fonte de suprimento de pó fino e uma abertura de descarga. O elemento de distribuição apresenta uma primeira porção de entrada (10) e uma porção de saída (12) para uma corrente de um primeiro gás (1) misturado com o pó fino. O corpo principal do elemento de distribuição constitui uma porção de corpo porosa (16) envolvida por um segundo gás (2). Se for criado um gradiente de pressão entre o segundo gás (2) e o primeiro gás (1), isto é, o primeiro gás (1) tendo uma pressão ligeiramente inferior, o segundo gás (2) irá vazar através do corpo poroso (16) e, dessa forma, irá evitar que o pó na mistura do primeiro gás e do pó fino, se torne aderido ou obstruído dentro do elemento de distribuição, que, assim, formará uma parede ativa não-aderente em relação ao pó fino.
