Abstract

"MASSA PASTOSA QUE PODE SER UTILIZADA EM COMPONENTES ELETROQUìMICOS, CAMADA AUTOPORTANTE OU QUE SE APóIA SOBRE UM SUBSTRATO, COMPóSITO DE CAMADAS COM PROPRIEDADES ELETROQUìMICAS, CéLULA ELETROQUìMICA RECARREGáVEL, PROCESSOS PARA A PRODUçãO DE UMA FOLHA FLEXìVEL, DE UMA CAMADA AUTOPORTANTE OU QUE SE APóIA SOBRE UM SUBSTRATO E DE UM COMPóSITO DE CAMADAS, BEM COMO MATERIAL QUE PODE MELHORAR O TRANSPORTE E O ARMAZENAMENTO DE LìQUIDO DE ELETRóLITO NOS COMPONENTES ELETROQUìMICOS". A invenção se refere a uma massa pastosa, que pode ser utilizada em componentes eletroquímicos, abrangendo uma mistura heterogênea de (1.) uma matriz (A) compreendendo pelo menos um polímero orgânico, seus precursores ou seus pré-polímeros ou consistindo dos mencionados componentes, (2.) um material inorgânico na forma de uma substância sólida (B), que pode ser eletroquimicamente ativado, não solúvel na matriz e na água, bem como (3.) um material (C) que pode melhorar o transporte e o armazenamento de líquido de eletrólito para dentro (no) componente, com a provisão que o material (C) não é um material que possui simultaneamente propriedades melhoradoras de condutividade quando a substância sólida (B) é feita de um material apropriado como material de eletrodo. A partir desta massa se pode produzir camadas (folhas) e compósitos de camadas eletroquímicos, os quais podem ser subseq³entemente impregnados com uma solução de eletrólito, de preferência de eletrólitos dissolvidos em agentes de plastificação para a matriz (a). Desta maneira, componentes eletroquimicamente ativos, tais como, por exemplo, baterias e acumuladores, podem ser produzidos.
