Abstract

"VáLVULA DE RECIRCULAçãO DE COMBUSTìVEL DE RETORNO PARA A ELIMINAçãO DE AR". Trata-se de uma válvula de recirculação (26) para o sistema de combustível (10) de um motor de combustão interna (18) inclui um corpo de válvula (30) com uma passagem de retorno de combustível ( 38 ). Uma câmara de separação de ar ( 43 ) e um orifício restrito ( 44 ) são providos na passagem de retorno de combustível ( 38 ). Uma válvula de pressão (54) permite que o combustível de retorno aquecido em excesso na câmara de separação de ar (43) recircule com o combustível na passagem de suprimento de combustível (22). A válvula (26) também direciona o ar de retorno de volta para o tanque (12) e impede que o ar passe para o motor (18). Um atuador térmico (80) mantém a válvula de pressão (54) em uma condição fechada quando o combustível aumenta acima de uma temperatura predeterminada. Uma válvula de escape (90) pode ser provida no canal de saída de retorno de combustível (42) a fim de permitir ao combustível passar facilmente de volta para o tanque (12) durante condições operacionais normais.
