Abstract

"ADAPTADOR FLEXìVEL DE MúLTIPLAS ENTRADAS". Um adaptador flexível de múltiplas entradas possui um corpo de adaptador que inclui uma porção distal que define um canal distal e uma porção proximal que define um primeiro canal proximal e um segundo canal proximal. Pelo menos um dos canais proximais, primeiro canal proximal e segundo canal proximal, está normalmente disposto fora de alinhamento com o canal distal.
