Abstract
Patente de Invenção: "COMPOSIçõES DE CATALISADOR DE METALOCENO, PROCESSOS PARA FABRICAçãO DE RESINAS DE POLIOLEFINA USANDO TAIS COMPOSIçõES DE CATALISADOR, E PRODUTOS DESSE MODO PRODUZIDOS". Uma composição de catalisador para a polimerização de uma ou mais 1-olefinas (por exemplo, etileno) compreende um precursor de catalisador de metal de transição e um co-catalisador, o precursor de catalisador de metal de transição compreendendo um produto de contato de um composto de metaloceno não-substituído e um composto de alquila de alumínio em uma solução de solvente de hidrocarboneto. Em outra modalidade, o precursor de catalisador de metal de transição é bimetálico e contém um componente de catalisador de metal de transição de não metaloceno. Quando um precursor de catalisador bimetálico é empregado, o produto de resina apresenta propriedades melhoradas, e tem uma distribuição de peso molecular bimodal, ramificação de cadeia longa (LCB), e boa estabilidade de bolha.
