Abstract
"COMPOSIçãO DE MOLDE EM COQUILHA PARA FUNDIçãO DE PRECISãO, MéTODO PARA FORMAR UM MOLDE EM COQUILHA, E, MOLDE EM COQUILHA". A invenção fornece uma composição que significativamente diminui o tempo necessário para produzir um molde em coquilha de cerâmica. A composição da invenção é usada para produzir um molde em coquilha para o processo de fundição de precisão, fomecer tempos de processamento diminuidos mediante a redução do número de imersões da coquilha e melhor manuseio e remoção de cera através de resistência verde aumentada. A invenção fornece um método de formar um molde em coquilha, compreendendo fornecer uma composição de molde em coquilha para fundição de precisão compreendendo 0,1 a 70 por cento em peso de fibras inorgânicas fornecer um padrão disponível, aplicar a dita composição ao dito padrão para formar um padrão revestido com aglutinante, aplicar o farelo refratário ao dito padrão revestido com aglutinante para formar um revestimento de padrão de aglutinante e farelo, a melhora em que a dita composição aglutinante compreende. A invenção fornece um método de formar um molde em coquilha, que compreende fornecer uma composição de molde em coquilha para fundição de precisão compreendendo uma composição aglutinante que compreende uma mistura de 20 a 98 por cento em peso de um sol coloidal compreendendo partículas inorgânicas, de 1 a 20 por cento em peso de polímero orgânico, fornecer um padrão disponível, aplicar a dita composição ao dito padrão para formar um padrão revestido com aglutinante, aplicar farelo refratário ao dito padrão revestido com aglutinante para formar um revestimento de padrão de aglutinante e de farelo, a melhora em que a composição aglutinante compreende de 0,1 a 70 por cento em peso de fibras inorgânicas.
