Abstract

"REFORçO DE FREIO PNEUMáTICO, E, MéTODO DE FABRICAçãO DO MESMO". A invenção diz respeito a um reforço de freio pneumático (10), compreendendo um alojamento do reforço (12), cujo interior é subdividido em uma câmara de baixa pressão (16) e uma câmara de trabalho (18) por, pelo menos, uma parede móvel (14). Uma válvula de controle (20), a qual é provida para controlar um diferencial de pressão pneumática que age sobre a parede móvel (14), se projeta ao longo de um eixo (A) e para dentro do alojamento do reforço (12). A parede móvel (14) é conectada de uma forma que transmite força ao lado externo do alojamento de uma válvula de controle essencialmente cilíndrica (22). Esta conexão é efetuada em virtude do fato de um colar (34) de um disco (30), o dito disco sendo associado à parede móvel (14), ser radialmente deformado ao longo da sua periferia e, pelo menos, nas áreas dentro do alojamento da válvula de controle (22). A fim de simplificar a produção do reforço de potência de freio (10), vários recessos (40) que ficam interespaçados em uma direção periférica são providos na seção (36) do alojamento da válvula de controle (22), a qual é sobreposta pelo colar (34) do disco (30). O colar (34) do disco (30) é radialmente deformado dentro dos ditos recessos. Os recessos (40) podem ser acessados pela face do alojamento da válvula de controle (22) arranjado no alojamento do reforço (12).
