Abstract
"COLETE DE PROTEçãO". Um colete de proteção que compreende uma seção frontal (3) no lado da frente de uma pessoa (1) que estiver usando o colete (2) e uma seção dorsal (4) no lado das costas da dita pessoa, tiras (5a, b); (14a, b); (20a, b); (21 a, b); (25a, b); (29a, b); (31 a, b) para conectar as duas seções (2) e (3), e uma série de partes de cobertura de blindagern (6); (7a, b); (8a, b); (16a, b); (17) e (18) que formam as seções. As partes de cobertura de blindagem (16a, b); (17) e (18) da seção frontal (3) também compreendem pelo menos uma parte de cobertura de blindagem superior em forma de placa (16a, b) para cobrir substancialmente a região do peito de uma pessoa que estiver usando o colete, e pelo menos uma parte de cobertura de blindagem inferior em forma de placa (17) e (18) para cobrir substancialmente a região abdominal da pessoa, e as ditas partes de cobertura de blindagem são arranjadas em uma relação de sobreposição parcial de uma em relação à outra.
