Abstract

"ARTIGO EM FORMA DE CALçA CCM AJUSTE MELHORADO". O pedido trata de um artigo de vestuário na forma de uma calça fralda (1) ou de uma roupa de baixo compreendendo uma calcinha externa (2) tendo uma porção traseira (4) destinada a ser disposta sobre os glúteos de um usuário durante o uso, uma porção dianteira (3) destinada a ser disposta sobre o ventre de um usuário durante o uso, uma porção de gancho (5) destinada ser disposta na porção de virilha de um usuário durante o uso. Mais ainda, o artigo de vestuário tem uma abertura de cintura (14) com uma borda de cintura (13) e as duas aberturas de perna (16) limitadas cada uma por uma borda de perna (15) que tem uma parte dianteira situada geralmente na porção dianteira (3) e uma parte traseira situada geralmente na porção traseira (4) e na porção de gancho (5). A porção traseira (4) e a porção dianteira (3) são conectadas mutuamente em duas emendas laterais (12) que correm da abertura da cintura (14) a cada abertura de perna (16). Um elemento elástico alongado (18) é disposto em condição pré-distendida ao longo da parte traseira da borda de perna (15) de cada abertura de perna (16). A porção dianteira (3) consiste de um material elasticamente extensível e que o elemento elástico alongado (18) constringe a parte traseira da borda de perna (15) e estica desse modo o material elástico ao longo da parte dianteira da borda de perna (15) por meio de que a emenda lateral (12) exibe uma curvatura em direção à porção traseira (4) e o grau de curvatura aumenta em uma direção que vai da abertura de cintura (14) para a abertura de perna (16).
