Abstract

Patente de Invenção: "DISPOSITIVO PARA A GASEIFICAçãO DE INSUMOS CONTENDO CARBONO". Disponibiliza-se um dispositivo para gaseificação de insumos contendo carbono e especialmente biogênicos, que garante uma construção simples e uma modalidade de trabalho segura. Além disso, é indicado um reator de leito fluidificado para isso apropriado. Segundo a invenção, uma câmara de gaseificação de leito fluidificado carregada pressão abrange uma eclusa à prova de pressão para alimentação dos insumos a serem gaseificados. A câmara de gaseificação de leito fluidificado está ligada com uma câmara de filtro por meio de um canal de ligação, de modo que o gás resultante pode fluir em corrente da câmara de gaseificação de leito fluidificado para a câmara de filtro, onde é conduzido através da camada de filtro. Por uma fonte de calor externa é disponibilizado o calor necessádo para a gaseificação alotérmica. Por meio de uma disposição de tubo condutor de calor é o calor conduzido da fonte de calor externa para o leito de gaseificação da câmara de gaseificação de feito fluidificado, para disponibilizar a temperatura requerida para a gaseificação.
