Abstract
"CONJUNTO DE CONECTOR E PROCESSOS PARA PRODUZIR POR MOLDAGEM POR INJEçãO, UMA COMBINAçãO DE UM ELEMENTO FêMEA E UM SOQUETE ADAPTADOR OU DE UM ELEMENTO MACHO E UMA PEçA DE ACOPLAMENTO". Um conjunto de conector para opcionalmente permitir um meio livremente fluente a passar compreende: um elemento fêmea oco (1) com uma parede de fechamento transversal (9) e aberturas de passagem (11) que são formadas na parede lateral, um elemento macho (3) que pode ser inserido no interior do elemento fêmea (1) e pode ser acoplado com o mesmo, um soquete adaptador (5), no interior do qual o elemento fêmea (1) pode ser deslocado na direção axial entre uma posição na qual fecha o fluxo do meio fluente e na qual as aberturas de passagem (11) são fechadas pelo soquete adaptador (5), e uma posição na qual permite o meio a passar e na qual as aberturas de passagem (11) não são fechadas pelo soquete adaptador (5). O elemento fêmea (1) é provido, a uma distância da parede de fechamento transversal (9), de dispositivos de conexão (17) que podem formar uma conexão com dispositivos de conexão (355) dispostos sobre o elemento macho (3) e/ou a peça de acoplamento (7) que é acoplada com o mesmo. Como um resultado de atuação do elemento macho (3) e/ou da peça de acoplamento (7) que está acoplada com o mesmo, o elemento fêmea (1) pode ser deslocado entre a posição acima mencionada na qual fecha a passagem do meio fluente e a posição acima mencionada na qual permite a passagem do meio fluente, em cuja última posição os dispositivos de conexão (17, 55) do elemento fêmea (1) são acomodados em uma cavidade relativamente estreita (28) no soquete adaptador (5), de modo a formar uma conexão com o elemento macho (3) e/ou a peça de acoplamento (7) que está acoplada com o mesmo, ao passo que na posição acima mencionada na qual o fluxo do meio é impedido, os dispositivos de conexão (17, 55) são acomodados em uma cavidade relativamente larga (32) no soquete adaptador (5), com o resultado de que a conexão entre o elemento fêmea (1) e o elemento macho (3) e/ou a peça de acoplamento (7) que é acoplada com o mesmo pode ser desfeita. Enquanto o acoplamento entre o elemento fêmea (1) e o elemento macho (3) e/ou a peça de acoplamento (7) que é acoplada com o mesmo está sendo causado, os dispositivos de conexão (17,355) são situados na cavidade ampla (32) no soquete adaptador (5), em um espaço livre no seu interior.
