Abstract

"COMPLEXO DE áCIDO-QUITOSANA E MéTODO PARA REDUZIR A LIBERAçãO DE TRIGLICERìDEOS NA CORRENTE SANGuìNEA". A invenção se refere a um complexo de ácido-quitosana(chitosan) que é composto por quitosana(chitosan), uma quantidade suficiente de um ou mais ácidos, e uma quantidade eficaz de água. Esse complexo de ácido-quitosana é solúvel em água em uma forma seca. Um aspecto adicional da presente invenção se refere a vários métodos para a produção desse complexo de ácido-quitosana solúvel em água e aos métodos para utilização desse complexo de ácido-quitosana, particularmente para reduzir a absorção de gordura em um animal.
