Abstract

"PAINéIS DE PASTEURIZAçãO PARA UM RECIPIENTE PLáSTICO". A presente invenção compreende painéis de pasteurização para um recipiente plástico (10), em que uma porção de parede lateral (16) é utilizada para receber um produto e para retê-lo, tanto durante o seu processo de pasteurização a altas temperaturas, como após o seu resfriamento. O recipiente plástico (10) possui uma porção superior (12) tampada por um fechamento, uma porção inferior (14) formando uma base, e uma porção de parede lateral (16) estendendo integralmente entre a porção superior (12) e a porção inferior (14). A porção lateral (16) inclui painéis (17) com porções de painel de vácuo (20), unitariamente formadas para dentro e com recessos na direção interna, a partir da parede lateral (16), e uma porção de painel de pressão (18), integralmente formado com a porção de painel de vácuo (20). A porção de painel de pressão é móvel, a partir de uma primeira posição para uma segunda posição, durante o processo de pasteurização, aumentando o volume do recipiente e evitando qualquer deformação significativa da porção de parede lateral (15). Os painéis (17) são móveis a partir de uma posição, em que o volume aumenta, para uma posição, com o volume reduzido, diminuindo o volume do produto no recipiente (10) e aumentando o volume aparente do produto no recipiente (10) com o resfriamento, após altas temperaturas de pasteurização.
