Abstract

"EMBALAGEM DE FERVURA EM SACO". Uma embalagem de fervura em saco (10) para a armazenagem e cozimento de itens alimentícios inclui uma seção de saco em formato retangular alongado (12) possuindo uma parede interna (14) e uma externa (16), uma extremidade de topo fechada (18) e uma extremidade de fundo aberta (20). Uma seção de alça (24) é adjacente à extremidade de topo da seção de saco, com a seção de alça que possui uma parte superior (26) e inferior (28) e um primeiro (30) e segundo (32) lado. A parte superior (26) da seção de alça inclui uma abertura dimensionada e formatada para receber um utensílio de elevação. Um mecanismo de vedação/liberação (34) é posicionado na seção de alça (24) e é configurado para fechar liberavelmente a extremidade de fundo aberta (20) da seção de saco alongado contíguo com uma parte da seção de alça desse modo formando uma embalagem em formato de U (12) que permite o fluxo direto de água fervente entre as paredes internas (14) da embalagem em formato de U (12). O mecanismo de vedação/liberação (34) é ainda configurado para permitir a liberação da extremidade de fundo aberta (20) da seção de alça (24) sem contatar a seção de saco alongada.
