Abstract

"VáLVULA DE ADMISSãO DE AR PARA SER CONECTADA AUM SISTEMA DE TUBULAçãO DE DESPEJO SANITáRIO". Ainvenção refere-se a uma válvula para a admissão de aratmosférico dentro do sistema de tubulação de despejo emresposta a uma redução de pressão no sistema a fim de protegeros captadores de água no sistema e para evitar a descarga de arcontaminado do sistema de tubulação de despejo para aatmosfera. A válvula consiste de um corpo de válvula (10)possuindo pelo menos duas aberturas de entrada de ar (30) emcomunicação com o ar atmosférico, cada uma das aberturas (30)alternando com uma passagem (14) na direção do sistema de tubode despejo, as ditas aberturas e passagens (14) sendo igualmentedistribuídas dentro da carcaça de válvula (20) quandoconsiderando uma vista transversal em um plano horizontal emtorno do nível de assento de válvula (H). O elemento de válvula(34) se apoiando, em uma posição fechada normal, no assento deválvula (24) separando as ditas aberturas (30) das ditas passagens(14) e possuindo uma superfície de vedação substancialmente emforma de borboleta no caso de uma modalidade de válvulapossuindo duas aberturas diametralmente opostas (30) situadas deforma perpendicular respectivamente às duas passagensdiametralmente opostas (14). A fim de se obter uma distribuição dear equilibrada dentro do corpo de válvula, a superfície total dapassagem de fluxo de ar através dos elementos de função deválvula aberta (24, 34, 64) deve ser substancialmente igual àsuperfície total das aberturas de entrada de ar (30).
