Abstract
<B>AMPLIFICADOR DE POTêNCIA MULTIMODO EFICIENTE E MéTODO DE AMPLIFICAR UM SINAL MODULADO<D> Aparelho amplificador para um dispositivo de comunicação móvel multimodo que inclui um amplificador de portadora (114) e um amplificador de pico (116). O amplificador de pico possui um nível de polarização ajustável e é ajustado por um regulador para um nível predeterminado, dependendo em qual modo de comunicação é selecionado. O nível de polarização no amplificador de pico é mantido constante enquanto o modo de comunicação for o mesmo. Justando-se o ponto de polarização do amplificador de pico em conjunto com a seleção do modo de comunicação, a eficiência e linearidade da modulação pode ser otimizada para um determinado modo de comunicação.
