Abstract

Patente de Invenção: "USO DE ELEMENTOS CONSTITUìDOSDE UM MATERIAL COMPOSTO REFORçADO COM FIBRA COMMATRIZ CERâMICA". A presente invenção diz respeito autilização de elementos de um material composto com matrizcerâmica reforçado com fibras, que possuem pelo menos 10% empeso de carbeto de silício, onde a percentagem de fibras decarbono ou grafite corresponde pelo menos a 5% em peso, para aabsorção parcial ou completa de pelo menos uma carga pontual eem forma de golpe, cuja dimensão em uma direção vertical adireção de carga é de pelo menos 3 cm. A espessura doselementos de material composto reforçado com fibras utilizadospode ser especialmente em materiais compostos segundo ainvenção ser reduzida, onde os elementos apresentam um reforçoanterior (Backing) que é na maioria das vezes colado. Oselementos e materiais compostos segundo a invenção sãoutilizados especialmente como elementos de construção estrutural.Eles são utilizados para a blindagem, entre outros, na construçãode veículos na área civil bem como militar. Também a blindagemde objetos imóveis é possível com os elementos e materiaiscompostos da presente invenção. Adicionalmente os elementos emateriais compostos da presente invenção podem ser utilizadospara coletes protetores.
