Abstract

<B>MéTODO PARA REDUZIR O CONSUMO DE ENERGIA, DISPOSITIVO ELETRôNICO PORTáTIL E SISTEMA DE ENTRETENIMENTO QUE EMPREGAM O MéTODO<D>, onde o objetivo da invenção consiste na apresentação de um método e um dispositivo que podem utilizar com eficácia uma bateria utilizada para um dispositivo eletrônico portátil sem detrimento da qualidade da emissão de som de uma peça musical, um efeito sonoro, etc. De acordo com a presente invenção, a fim de se obter tanto uma vida mais longa para a bateria do dispositivo eletrônico portátil quanto uma melhor qualidade da emissão do som, um sincronismo de operação da CPU do dispositivo eletrônico portátil e o tempo de espera de processamento do desenho da imagem são controlados dinamicamente. Quando não há emissão de som, a CPU é rodada a um novo sincronismo e, se houver uma solicitação de emissão de som, a CPU é comutada para rodar a um sincronismo elevado (ST7) e, quando a emissão do som é encerrada, a CPU é novamente levada a rodar a um baixo sincronismo. Uma vez que a alteração do sincronismo da CPU também altera a velocidade de desenho na tela, ele é arranjado de maneira tal que não se percebe qualquer alteração aparente no sincronismo, ao se fazer com que a espera de processamento fique mais longa se o sincronismo for a uma alta velocidade (ST6 e ST4), e ao se fazer com que a espera de processamento fique mais curta se o sincronismo for a uma baixa velocidade.
