Para aumentar o efeito sinalizador de uma lâmpada de controle, especialmente em conexão com um instrumento indicador dentro de um instrumento integrado para veículos automotores, é proposto em um instrumento indicador com um ponteiro (1), a) apresentando o ponteiro (1) um braço do ponteiro (3) que pode ser movido em cima de um mostrador (2), b) estando o braço do ponteiro (3) montado em um eixo do ponteiro (4) que transfixa o mostrador (2), c) um acionamento de ponteiro (5), montado atrás do mostrador (2), produz movimento giratório do eixo do ponteiro (4) de modo correspondente a um valor de medição a ser mostrado, d) uma tampa do ponteiro (6) está disposta na extremidade do eixo do ponteiro (4) que termina no lado dianteiro do mostrador (2), sendo que a tampa do ponteiro (6) recebe uma lâmpada de controle (7), configurada como ponto luminoso, sendo que a fonte luminosa (10) da lâmpada de controle (7) pode ser controlada por uma unidade de comando (9) independentemente de uma iluminação eventualmente prevista para o braço do ponteiro (3) ou para o mostrador (2).
