Abstract

"MéTODO PARA CRISTALIZAçãO DE POLIóIS E AçúCARES". A presente invenção se refere a um método para cristalização contínua de açúcares e polióis, compreendendo as etapas de: - dispor em uma camada fina, turbulenta e dinâmica, um fluxo contínuo de massa fundida de um composto selecionado dentre um grupo que compreende açúcares e polióis, com pelo menos 98% de material seco e uma massa do dito composto na forma cristalina como uma semente de cristalização; - avançar a dita camada fina de material ao longo de uma parede de resfriamento, mantida a uma temperatura compreendida entre -15<198>C e +5<198>C; - granular o dito material enquanto a dita camada fina é avançada ao longo da parede de resfriamento, obtendo assim grânulos do composto cristalizado, e - resfriar os ditos grânulos à temperatura ambiente, após um predeterminado tempo de maturação.
