Abstract

Patente de Invenção para <B>"MéTODO E MáQUINA PARA ACONDICIONAMENTO DE MEADAS MOLDADAS COMO ANéIS DE UM ELEMENTO FLEXìVEL ALONGADO"<D>. Um método para acondicionamento de meadas (3) moldadas como um anel circular de um elemento flexível (33) de forma alongada, em particular um cabo ou uma mangueira, no qual as espiras (2) são mantidas unitariamente uma à outra, compreendendo as seguintes fases: sustentação da meada (3) em projeção em direção a uma estação de ligação (9), retendo-a pelo prendimento de faces planares opostas (4) da meada (3) efetuado em correspondência com pelo menos uma primeira porção (5a) de referida meada (3); ligação da meada (3) em correspondência com pelo menos sua segunda porção livre (5b) que se projeta a partir da primeira porção mantida (5a); rotação da meada (3) ao redor de seu próprio eixo de simetria (3a) por um ângulo pré-determinado <225> com relação à posição da meada (3) na fase de ligação anterior; e ligação da meada (3) novamente em correspondência com sua própria posição girada. A invenção também se refere a uma máquina (1) que realiza o método.
