Abstract

COMPOSIçãO POLIMéRICA A BASE DE POLIOLEFINAS RETICULáVEIS COM ELEVADO COEFICIENTE TéRMICO DE TRABALHO EM CABO AUTOMOTRIZ E PROCESSO DE PREPARAçãO Uma composição polimérica e seu processo de preparação, compreendendo uma mistura de poliolefinas reticuláveis com coeficiente térmico de trabalho elevado em cabo automotriz, caracterizada por uma maior resistência ao ataque químico de óleos sob temperatura elevada de 150°C, resistência a propagação vertical da chama, e incremento da resistência a abrasão através de aplicação de compostos para isolamento e revestimento de cabos e condutores elétricos. As poliolefinas compreendem uma combinação químico-sinergistica entre uma carga de hidrocarbonetos halogenados em combinação com trióxido de antimónio, um alcoxisilano, um agente de reticulação, uma combinação de aditivos como auxiliares do processo e uma combinação dos três agentes antioxidantes.
