Abstract
Patente de Invenção: <B>MéTODO DE CONTROLE DA ESPESSURA E DO TEOR DE ALUMìNIO DE UM REVESTIMENTO DE ALUMINETO DE DIFUSãO''<D>.Um processo para a formação de um revestimento de alumineto de difusão (12) em um substrato (10), como por exemplo um componente para um motor de turbina a gás. O processo de modo geral vincula a colocação do substrato (10) em uma câmara de revestimento adequado, o fluxo de um gás inerte ou de redução para dentro e através da câmara de revestimento, e em seguida a aluminização do substrato (10) usando uma técnica de aluminização com uma atividade de alumínio substancialmente constante, como por exemplo um processo de deposição de fase de vapor. Durante o processo de aluminização, a quantidade de alumínio não-reagido dentro da câmara de revestimento é controlada por meio da alteração da proporção de escoamento do gás através da câmara de revestimento de modo que uma porção do alumínio não-reagido é varrido a partir da câmara de revestimento pelo gás.
