Abstract

Patente de Invenção: <B>"APARELHO E MéTODO PARA SOLDAGEM A LASER EM UM APARELHO DE EMBAINHAR"<D>. Um aparelho de embainhar tem pelo menos um laser de soldagem afixado á coroa móvel para uma soldagem controlada dos painéis embainhados, para manter os painéis um em relação ao outro, pelo menos temporariamente e/ou para manter a geometria entre os painéis até serem permanentemente fixados, tal como quando o adesivo curar ou quando uma soldagem adicional for realizada. A soldagem com laser no aparelho de embainhar pode ser realizada pela provisão de um relevo na barra de aço usada para formar a bainha, ou provendo-se uma ling³eta no material de bainha se estendendo além da barra de aço que forma a bainha, ou por uma combinação dos dois, de modo a permitir o acesso do feixe laser ao local onde se deseja que a solda de pega de estabilização de geometria seja posiconada. Múltiplas soldas são posicionadas em locais espaçados em torno da periferia dos painéis embainhados, como requerido para a aplicação específica.
