Abstract

Patente de Invenção: <B>"PROCESSO PARA APLICAR UMA TEXTURA DE TORçãO FALSA A UM FIO SINTéTICO PARA OBTER UM FIO ENCRESPADO"<D>. A presente invenção refere-se a um processo para aplicar textura de torção falsa a um fio sintético e a um fio encrespado produzido pelo processo. Para tal, no fio é gerado uma torção falsa com uma velocidade de geração de torção falsa que é superior a 2,2 vezes a velocidade do fio e que é situada acima de um limite de saturação para a absorção de uma torção falsa pelo fio. O fio com torção excessiva é fixado na zona de torção falsa a uma temperatura superior a 200°C, sendo que a velocidade de retirada em relação à velocidade de alimentação não ultrapassa 1,4 vezes a velocidade de alimentação e permanece abaixo de 1 000 m/min. Com isto, é criado um fio encrespado com textura de torção falsa segundo a presente invenção, que possui alternadamente cortes transversais do fio grandes e pequenos com laços e arcos, que têm sentido de torção oposto.
