Abstract

Patente de Invenção: <B>"SUPRIMENTO DE ENERGIA DISPOSTO PARA LIMITAR A CORRENTE DE SURTO"<D>. Um suprimento de energia inclui um retificador de ponte de diodo. A saída de retificador de ponte de diodo fornece corrente contínua a um capacitor primário. Um resistor limitador de corrente está ligado à saída de retificador e ao capacitor primário. O resistor limitador de corrente atua para limitar corrente de surto para o capacitor primário quando o suprimento de energia é ligado. Um triac está acoplado em paralelo ao resistor limitador de corrente. Quando carregado, o capacitor primário fornece um sinal primário e uma corrente primária a uma carga comutada, que inclui um primeiro enrolamento de um transformador e um dispositivo de comutação de carga. O transformador possui ainda um segundo enrolamento ligado em série ao terminal de porta de triac. Quando o sinal primário atinge um nível satisfatório, o dispositivo de comutação de carga comuta a carga, produzindo transientes de corrente no primeiro enrolamento. Os transientes de corrente do primeiro enrolamento, por sua vez, induzem corrente no segundo enrolamento e no terminal de porta de triac. O triac assim fica energizado e curto-circuita o resistor limitador de corrente. O segundo enrolamento também fornece corrente a um retificador de diodo o qual, por sua vez, carrega um capacitor auxiliar. Quando carregado, o capacitor auxiliar fornece um sinal auxiliar e uma corrente auxiliar. A corrente auxiliar e a corrente de retorno auxiliar correspondente também passam pelo terminal de porta de triac, deste modo energizando ainda mais o triac.
