Abstract

Patente de Invenção: <B>"ESTRUTURA DE ENCAIXE PARA VáLVULA DE CONTROLE EM COMPRESSOR DE CAPACIDADE VARIáVEL"<D>. Estrutura de encaixe de uma válvula de controle em um compressor de capacidade variável, de acordo com a presente invenção, na qual é formada uma porção escalonada 92 através da conexão de duas superfícies cónicas 93a e 93b, o diâmetro de cada uma das quais diminui progressivamente na direção da profundidade de um orifício de encaixe 32 (em uma direção de inserção de uma válvula de controle 33) entre cada porção de superfície escalonada 57, 67, 74, 91 de um orifício de encaixe 32. Uma primeira superfície cónica 93a em uma parte profunda de cada porção escalonada 92 apresenta uma inclinação menor na direção de inserção do que uma segunda superfície cónica 93b no lado de entrada. A primeira superfície cónica 93a é formada, de modo que seu diâmetro interno no lado de entrada seja um pouco maior do que o diâmetro externo de cada anel em O 61, 70, 77 disposto em cada porção de superfície escalonada 57, 67, 74 em uma condição livre.
