Abstract

Алтернаторът е предназначен за зареждане на акумулатори и за произвеждане на електроенергия с изправено напрежение за подвижни и неподвижни превозни средства и/или обекти. Той има повишен изходен ток при намалена входяща мощност и запазени обем и скорост на въртене на задвижващия вал, както и увеличен срок на годност на алтернатора и на лагерите му. Притежава два идентични огледално разположени роторни (2 и 2а) и възбудителни (3 и 3а) комплекта и един общ статор (4), с трифазна статорна намотка (11), реализирана от две групи намотки, дефазирани на 60/q електрически градуса. Всяка намотка (11) е включена със собствени изводи и диоди към токоизправителен блок (26), изграден от група изолирани (30) и група свързани с маса (31) диоди, набити в два метални оребрени, концентрично разположени вътрешен (32) и външен (33) радиатори, притиснати с плоските си повърхности към задния щит (7) на корпуса (5). Вътрешният радиатор (33) има вентилационни отвори (35).
