Abstract

Устройството и методът намират приложение при ултрафилтрирането в лекарствената индустрия, лечебното дело, производството на хартия и целулоза и др. Те позволяват да се премахне опасността от прекъсване на отделните елементи на капилярните влакна, с което се подобрява капацитетът на устройството с възможност за подмяна на мембранния сноп, като се запазва кутията му. Устройството включвацилиндрична кутия (2), в двата отворени края на която е разположен запресуван сноп от подредени капилярни мембрани (4). Смолестите обвивки се състоят от обхващаща краищата на снопа закрепваща обвивка (5) и оформена около нея в края на кутията затваряща обмивка (6). Във вътрешната стена на кутията е оформен улей (11) с уплътнителен пръстен (3). Методът включва подаване на капилярната мембранакато непрекъсната нишка върху подаващ барабан (8), откъдето се намотава върху профилираната бобина (9) от подредени капилярни мембрани (4), като покрива по определени дължини и отсечки заедно с образуващата материала на закрепващата обвивка (5) смола, а след достигане на искания брой намотки се отрязва по среднаталиния на покритите със смола отрязъци. Снопът се поставя в цилиндричната кутия(2), затваря се със смолестите капачки (7), закрепващите обвивки (5) се заливат с материала на затварящата обвивка (6) смола, след което се отрязват едновременно краищата на снопа, затварящата (6) и закрепващата (5) обивка и краят на кутията (2). 4 претенции, 7 фигури
