Description

The utility model refers to a prophylactic agent in the form of hard gelatin capsules, which will find use as a nutritional supplement to the daily intake of food for adults over 18 years of age.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

In the fields of prevention and healthy nutrition, so-called nutritional supplements, developed on the basis of natural products in various combinations or enriched with vitamins, have been used in developed countries for many years. These products, added to daily food, enrich it and act prophylactically.

Lactic acid bacteria, and in particular Lactobacillus bulgaricus contained in yogurt, are known to destroy a number of pathogens in the gastrointestinal tract, while restoring and normalizing the intestinal flora.

Vitamins are substances without their own energy value, but vital for the proper functioning of the body.

In the medical practice there is a known preparation containing only dried yeast for Bulgarian yogurt / dried bodies from Lactobacillus bulgaricus / - / Medicinal Guide, ed. of the Ministry of Health, Sofia, 1977, p.325 /.

The technical nature of the utility model

According to the utility model, a nutritional supplement in hard gelatin capsules has been created containing dry yeast for Bulgarian yogurt, enriched with the essential vitamins necessary for the proper functioning of the human body. The dry yeast is obtained from concentrated yoghurt and dried by lyophilization, whereby the lactic acid bacteria Streptococcus thermophilus and Lactobacillus bulgaricus are preserved in vital form.

The content of the components in the prophylactic by weight. % is as follows: Vitamin A from 1.21 - 1.49, Thiamine / Vitamin B1 / 0.24 - 0.30, Riboflavin / Vitamin B2 / 0.29 - 0.35, Vitamin B6 0.29 - 0.35, Vitamin B12 0.00045 - 0.00055, Vitamin C 17.03 - 20.81, Niacin / Vitamin PP / 2.43 - 2.97, Vitamin E 7.20 - 8.92, folate 0.045 - 0.055 and Lactobacillus bulgaricus and Streptococcus thermophilus from 61.15 to 74.73.

The ratio of the two strains in the yeast is 10: 1.

The food thus created guarantees a preventive effect for two years from the date of production.

The nutritional product is in dosages in accordance with age and the accepted physiological standards of nutrition.

The nutritional supplement is obtained by mixing the pre-mixed vitamins with the fermented yogurt for 20 minutes in a machine mixer.

The mixture is filled into rigid vending machine gelatin capsules, which are packaged in PVC / AI film blisters.

The benefits of the preventive agent according to the utility model are that it successfully compensates for the deficiency of vitamins in adult nutrition. It also strengthens the body's immune system and strengthens its resistance to colds, common infections, influenza and other infectious diseases. It is used when there is an increased need for vitamins in pregnancy and lactation. In addition, as a biological and multivitamin product, it is an excellent prophylactic against hypovitaminosis. It can be used to prevent atherosclerosis and diabetes. It is suitable for administration in parallel with antibiotics.

Examples of implementation of the utility model

Example 1. The agent contains in g: Vitamin A 500, Thiamine / Vitamin B1 / 100, Riboflavin / Vitamin B2 / 120, Vitamin B6 120, Vitamin B12 0.20, Vitamin C 7000, Niacin / Vitamin PP / 1000, Vitamin E 3000, folate 20 and Lactobacillus bulgaricus and Streptococcus thermophilus 25140.

The vitamins mixed and homogenized in advance are mixed with the dry sourdough of yogurt in a machine mixer. Stirring is continued for 20 min.

The mixture is filled into hard gelatin capsules of 0.370 g per machine, which are machine-packed in PVC / A1 foil blisters of 5 or 10 pieces.

Example 2 The agent contains in g: Vitamin A 525, Thiamine / Vitamin B1 / 105, Riboflavin / Vitamin B2 / 126, Vitamin B6 126, Vitamin B12 0.21, Vitamin C 7350, Niacin / Vitamin PP / 1050, Vitamin E 3150, Folate 21 and Lactobacillus bulgaricus and Streptococcus thermophilus 26397.

It is done as in Example 1.

Example 3. The agent contains in g: Vitamin A 475, Thiamine / Vitamin B1 / 95, Riboflavin / Vitamin B2 / 114, Vitamin B6 114, Vitamin B12 0.19, Vitamin C 6650, Niacin / Vitamin PP / 950, Vitamin E 2850, Folate 19 and Lactobacillus bulgaricus and Streptococcus thermophilus 23883.

It is done as in Example 1.
