s4, concentration: evaporating 45% -55% of water in the pasteurized milk to form 14-19be' thick milk;
s5, drying and spraying powder: atomizing the concentrated milk after high-pressure spraying, forming semi-finished milk powder for 8 seconds, cooling in a fluidized bed, packaging, and waiting for detection;
s6, premixing: premixing colostrum powder, phytosterol ester, saussurea involucrate culture and probiotics;
s7 dry mixing: then, filling the pre-mixture into the semi-finished milk powder qualified in the step S5, and carrying out dry mixing;
s8, filling and can sealing foreign matter detection: carrying out foreign matter detection on dry-mixed milk powder;
s9, coding, boxing and inspecting: physical and chemical indexes, microorganism, melamine, vitamin and mineral substance.
And (S3) pasteurizing at 92-95 ℃ for 15S. as can be seen from the above table, the formula milk powder for children provided by the invention has significantly improved immunity and digestion suction, and the second embodiment is the best embodiment.

Claims (7)
1. The yak milk powder formula is characterized by comprising the following raw materials in parts by weight: 3800 kg-4200 kg of raw yak milk, 150 kg-220 kg of oligomeric maltose, 80 kg-110 kg of skimmed milk powder, 60 kg-80 kg of desalted whey powder, 100 mg-200 mg of snow lotus culture, 400g of taurine and 500g of probiotics.
2. The yak milk powder formula as claimed in claim 1, wherein the formula further comprises 0.5% of colostrum powder and 0.3% of phytosterol ester.
3. The yak milk powder formula as claimed in claim 1, wherein the probiotic is bifidobacterium lactis or lactobacillus acidophilus.
4. A processing technology of a yak milk powder formula is characterized by comprising the following steps,
s1, checking and accepting raw yak milk, namely, measuring and detecting the obtained milk;
s2, milk purification: putting qualified yak milk into a workshop, and treating impurities and bacteria in milk;
s3, homogenizing the ingredients: feeding malto-oligosaccharide, skim milk powder, desalted whey powder and taurine according to the formula proportion, and performing high shearing, homogenizing and pasteurization;
s4, concentration: evaporating 45% -55% of water in the pasteurized milk to form 14-19be' thick milk;
s5, drying and powder spraying: atomizing the concentrated milk after high-pressure spraying, forming semi-finished milk powder for 8 seconds, cooling in a fluidized bed, packaging, and waiting for detection;
s6, premixing: premixing colostrum powder, phytosterol ester, saussurea involucrate culture and probiotics;
s7, dry mixing: then, filling the pre-mixture into the semi-finished milk powder qualified in the step S5, and carrying out dry mixing;
s8, filling and can sealing foreign matter detection: carrying out foreign matter detection on the dry-mixed milk powder;

5. The processing technology of the yak milk powder formula as claimed in claim 4, wherein the pasteurization in the step S3 is carried out, the sterilization temperature is 92-95 ℃, and the sterilization time is 15S.
6. The processing technology of the yak milk powder formula as claimed in claim 4, wherein in step S4, the sterilized ingredients are placed at an air inlet temperature of 140-180 ℃, an air outlet temperature of 75-105 ℃, and a negative pressure in a tower of-50 to-200 pa.

The processing technology of the yak milk powder formula as claimed in claim 4, wherein in the step S1, the detection of cow milk comprises 128 tests including physical and chemical tests, microbial tests, pollutant tests, mycotoxin tests, melamine tests, pesticide residue tests, veterinary drug residue tests, adulteration tests and the like.
