Abstract

The invention relates to fluconazole containing capsules with improved active ingredient release. The in vitro dissolution, as well as the in vivo absorption of the fluconazole capsules is faster and more consistent. The fluconazole particles are granulated with an agent capable to provide hydrophilic surface as a result of which the active ingredient is quickly and is released in a sable manner.
