The invention relates to a cosmetic formulation for the care of the face and body skin in the form of a face cream, massage cream or face and body oil gel. The cream comprises cellular walls and DNA-fragments which attribute an anti-cancer component to its general effect. The gel and the massage cream contain over 10 mln./g live Lactobacillus bulgaricus cells which have higher longevity due to their medium. The Lactobacilli have a strong anti-phlogistic effect on the skin. The amino acids operate as a quick transport carrier of the medicinal herb compositions contained in the cream, assist in their quick penetration and assimilation, multiplying their effect. The formulation has an anti-phlogistic, hydration and softening, tonic effect and smoothens any wrinkles. It also has an antioxidant effect and retards skin ageing, by reducing the quantity of the free radicals and improves its blood supply. It includes from 1 to 12% of probiotic product containing lyophilization mixture comprising, in wt.%, low lactose skimmed cow's milk from 65 to 75, low lactose lactic hydrolysate from 8 to 12, low lactose skimmed cow's milk fermented with selected strains of Lactobacillus bulgaricus to cellular content up to 2.5 mln./g, from 6.8 to 7.8 glucose, fructose from 5 to 9, aspartam around 0.1%, pectine around 1% and dry monoculture Lactobacillus bulgaricus to cellular content of at least 10 mln./g and crystalline fructose from 6 to 10% in comparison with the lactic mixture.
