Abstract

Продуктът се използва като носител на биоактивни вещества от природен произход като сухи екстракти от билкови растения, например от жълт кантарион, жен-шен, алое вера, комбинации от сухи екстракти от различни растения, също така други растителни продукти като етерични масла - например лавандулово, розово масло, плодови концентрати, например от папая и други плодове, продукти от животински произход като пчелни продукти, както и витамини. С него се осигуряват условия за съхранение и след поемане на продукта за размножаване и развитие на бактериите. Биоактивните продукти могат да се съхраняват в продължение на 2 до 3 години без намаляване активността на пробиотика. В стомашно-чревния тракт могат да колонизират и да снабдяват организма с полезни вещества, продукт на жизнената им дейност. Продуктът осигурява бърз транспорт на биологично-активните вещества до клетките на организма и по този начин мултиплицира ефектите. Съдържа сух нисколактозен млечнокисел продукт, включващ пълномаслено или обезмаслено нисколактозно краве мляко, нисколактозен млечен хидролизат с над 95 % разграден млечен казеин, захароза, пектин, пълномаслено или обезмаслено нисколактозно краве мляко, заквасено със селекционирани щамове Lactobacillus delbrueckii subsp. bulgaricus, и допълнително лиофилизирана монокултура на Lactobacillus delbrueckii subsp. bulgaricus или лиофилизирана смес от монокултури на Lactobacillus bulgaricus, Lactobacillus acidophilus, Streptococcus thermophilus, Lactobacillu
