Abstract

Изобретението се отнася до метод за проектиране, производство и прегъване на непрекъснат удължител от цилиндрични кръгли тела, например тръбопроводи,парапети, перила за стълбища, както и до помощни устройства за осъществяване на метода и до тяхнотоприложение, до тръбен удължител и фитинги, изработени за целите на метода. При проектирането и планирането ориентацията на фитинга (52) се дава по отношение на първи тръбен участък (50) чрез ъгъла нарязане на фитинга (52) и ъгъла на въртене делта на фитинга около надлъжната ос на тръба (50) спрямоопределена чрез маркировка (53, 54) пространствена посока върху участъка (50) и фитинга (52). При конструиране едната страна на участъка (50) е разположена в определена пространствена посока, а фитингът (52), който е с определен ъгъл на рязане, се свързва с тръбния участък (50). Фитингът (52) се завърта на определен ъгъл на въртене делта, който сеизмерва спрямо определената пространствена посока. Помощно устройство (70) с ъгломер (74) се използва за измерване на ъгъла на въртене делта, като ъгломерът може да е електронен. При прегъване на тръби се използва прегъващо устройство (60), което има ъгломер (66) за измерване ъгъла на въртене делтана тръбната дължина (61) около надлъжната й ос. Изобретението се отнася и до система за определяне на конструктивните метод и параметри.
