Abstract
이에 따라, 냉장고에 탑재되는 증발기에서 제상 기능을 지닌 다중관 상에 나선형 핀을 형성하여 제반 성능을 향상하고 제조원가를 절감할 수 있는 효과가 있다.

Claims (7)
- 냉장고용 증발기의 냉각관을 제조하는 방법에 있어서:
냉매부(P1)와 제상부(P2)를 지닌 다중냉각관(10)을 형성하는 제1단계; 및
상기 다중냉각관(10)의 외주면으로 스파이럴핀(50)을 연속 이송하면서 권선하는 제2단계;를 포함하여 이루어지고,
상기 제1단계의 다중냉각관(10)은 하나의 격벽(22)을 지닌 2구관(20), 2개의 격벽(32)을 지닌 3구관(30), 다수의 리브(45)를 지닌 동심관(40)(40′) 중에서 선택되고,
상기 2구관(20)과 3구관(30)은 외면상에 벤딩방향을 안내하도록 각각의 마킹부(25)(35)를 구비하고,
상기 동심관(40)(40′)은 리브(45)와 맞물리는 그루우브(48)를 구비하고,
상기 제2단계는 스파이럴핀(50)의 적어도 일단을 절개 또는 절곡하면서 코일지그(67) 상으로 유도하고, 코일지그(67)를 거치는 순간의 스파이럴핀(50)의 권선 직경을 다중냉각관(10)의 직경보다 작게 유지하면서 권선하는 것을 특징으로 하는 스파이럴핀을 지닌 다중냉각관의 제조방법. - 삭제

상기 제2단계는 스파이럴핀(50)과 다중냉각관(10)의 접촉부분에 대한 브레이징을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 스파이럴핀을 지닌 다중냉각관의 제조방법.
