Те са заместени в 1-ва позиция с различни изотиазолидинонови радикали и имат обща формула, в която R1 представлява водород или халогенен атом, R2 - водород или халогенен атом, или фталимидна група, R3 - водород или халогенен атом, R4 -водород или халогенен атом, R5 - водороден атом, нисш линеен или разклонен алкил, арил или аралкил,или радикал, съдържащ хетероциклен пръстен, с един или повече хетероатома, такива като изоксазолил или пиразолил, и n има стойност 0, 1 или 2.
