Abstract

Системата осигурява бързо и надеждно маневриране и спиране на плавателния съд. Тя се състои от система от странични на двата борда устройства за стабилизиране на клатенето (1) и система на механизъм (2) за носови рул. Крило (3) е закрепено към редукторен блок (5), който е свързан с изпълнителен блок (6), съединен с блок за управление (8) на крилата (3) в режим на стабилизиране на клатенето на плавателния съд. Блокът (6) е свързан също с усилващ блок (10) и заедно с блока за управление (8) е свързан с блок за управление (11) на крилото (3) в спирачен режим. Механизмът (2) има блок (16) за управление на руля за режим на спиране и индикация на положението му (12). В режим на спиране крилата (3) и рулят (12) са завъртени на 900.
