Abstract

Recuit en continu d'un acier à très faible teneur en carbone, destiné à un emboutissage profond, le procédé comprenant le chauffage d'une tole d'acier depuis la température ambiante jusqu'à sa température de recristallisation, la régulation de la température de la tole chauffée par un chauffage rapide jusqu'à une température maximale de chauffage recherchée, et ce avec une précission d'au moins plus ou moins 10 degres, et ensuite le refroidissement rapide, sans égalisation, et finalement un refroidissement jusqu'à la température ambiante.
