Abstract

Un procédé et un appareil pour traiter du tapis (12) pour lui donner du gonflant et ensuite pour le teindre et fixer la teinture. Le gonflant est obtenu par le passage d'un courant électrique à travers le tapis mouillé. Un applicateur (22) reçoit une solution de colorant chauffée. Le colorant est refoulé à travers un échangeur de chaleur (120) avant de pénétrer dans l'applicateur de teinture et d'etre ensuite débité sur le tapis (12) à une température suffisante pour fixer le colorant.
