Abstract

Clone de l'espèce légumière CRAMBE non cultivée actuellement, obtenu par néoformation in vitro sur cal de fragment de pétiole ou de limbe, prélevé sur une plante anciennement cultivée, et une méthode de multiplication végétative par éicro-propagation in vitro du clone et de l'espèce Crambé. Le clone de Crambé obtenu constitue un légume nouveau pour l'agriculteur et le consommateur. La multiplication végétative, faisant appel à la technique de l'in vitro, permet de produire à grande échelle et de façon très homogène, des boutures à mettre au champ et d'assurer un lancement rapide de cette nouvelle production.
