Claims (9)
- 조직을 침적수로 이루어진 생장 배지위에서 배양하는 것으로 구성되는, 조직 배양에 의하여 식물을 번식시키는 데 있어서 새싹의 형성 속도를 증가시키는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 배지속에 배지의 리터당 0.05g∼5g의 침적수 고형물이 들어있는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 침적수를 배지에다 첨가하기 전에 먼저 한외여과를 하는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 식물이 감자식물이고, 기관 조직이 감자 괴경의 "눈"에서 나온 새싹 선단인 방법.
- 감자식물의 새싹들을, 그 새싹들이 다수의 마디를 만들어낼 때까지 침적수로 이루어진 마디 번식 배지위에서 배양하고 ; 배양된 물질을 마디 한개씩이 들어있는 단편들로 자르고 ; 마디가 한개씩 들어있는 각각의 단편을 침적수로 이루어진 마디 번식 배지위에서 2차배양하여 감자식물의 다수의 복사물을 얻는 것으로 구성되는, 감자식물을 번식시키기 위한 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 배지속에 배지의 리터당 0.05g∼5g 바람직하게는 0.5g∼5g의 침적수 고형물이 들어있는 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 침적수를 배지에다 첨가하기 전에 먼저 한외 여과를 하는 방법.
- 1) 감자식물로부터의 감자 괴경의 "눈"에서 새싹 선단을 잘라내고 ;2) 잘라낸 새싹 선단들을 발아 개시 배지에 집어넣고 ;3) 새싹 선단들이 다수의 마디를 만들어낼 때까지, 이들을 발아개시 배지 위에서 배양하고 ;4) 다수의 마디가 들어있는 새싹들을 마디가 한개씩 들어있는 독립된 새싹들로 자르고 ;5) 마디가 한개씩 들어있는 새싹을, 그 새싹이 다시 다수의 마디를 만들어낼 때까지 침적수로 이루어진 마디 번식 배지위에서 배양하고 ;6) 2차 배양물질을 마디가 한개씩 들어있는 단편으로 자른 후 ;7) 마디가 한개씩 들어있는 각각의 단편을 침적수로 이루어진 마디 번식 배지위에서 2차 배양을 하여, 감자식물의 다수의 복사물을 얻는것으로 구성되는, 감자식물의 영양계 번식방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 배지속에 배지의 리터당 0.05g∼5g, 바람직하게는 0.5g∼5g의 침적수 고형물이 들어있는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
