Abstract

Le système de transfert comprend un mécanisme de basculement pour faire pivoter un conteneur (26) de combustible nucléaire de sa position horizontale de transport à une position verticale de chargement et de déchargement de combustible. Le mécanisme comprend des supports (46) fendus montés de façon fixe sur le conteneur et des barres d'engagement (44) destinées à venir en prise avec les supports lorsque le conteneur arrive en fin de course de telle manière que la poursuite du déplacement du conteneur provoque le basculement de ce dernier par pivotement autour de ses tourillons (28).
