Abstract

A duct connects the casing and the chamber and another duct connects the chamber and the cylinder. The first duct has a valve that allows air to flow from the casing to the chamber but prevents its return, while the orifice of the second duct in the cylinder is masked by the piston skirt during piston lift to prevent fuel injection at the wrong time.
