Abstract
Le garnissage réfractaire d'un récipient métallurgique, préalablement chauffé au moyen d'une flamme, est rincé au moyen d'un gaz sec ne contenant pas d'hydrogène, au moins avant d'introduire du métal en fusion dans ledit récipient. Le rinçage peut etre effectué soit par balayage du garnissage au moyen d'un courant du gaz sec, soit par insufflation du gaz sec à l'intérieur du garnissage réfractaire. Le gaz peut etre préalablement chauffé.
