Abstract

La bougie (6) comprend un culot (11), un isolateur (12) monté dans le culot, une électrode centrale (17) logée dans l'isolateur et une électrode de masse (13) formant un entrefer avec l'électrode centrale. Au moins une partie de l'isolateur présente une constante diélectrique suffisamment élevée pour que la constante diélectrique utile de l'isolateur soit égale au moins à 30 et l'assemblage est réalisé de manière que la capacité de la bougie soit d'au moins 20 picofarads.
