L'invention a pour objet un grille amovible pour fourneau à gaz.
Il existe à ce jour différents types de grils à gaz, en particulier des accessoires fixes de cuisinières ou de fours, et des grils autonomes, pourvus de leur propre alimentation en gaz.
Selon l'invention, on se propose de fournir un gril amovible pour fourneau à gaz, c'est-à-dire un appareil de cuisson des aliments par rayonnement, pouvant se poser sur un fourneau à gaz domestique ordinaire, comme un ustensile de cuisson usuel.
Le gril de l'invention diffère donc essentiellement des grils existants en ce qu'il constitue un ustensile de cuisson mobile, pour fourneau à gaz, que l'on pose en place sur le fourneau pour la cuisson et que l'on enlève ensuite pour le ranger, tout comme une poêle ou une casserole ordinaire.
Selon une caractéristique de l'invention, un gril amovible pour fourneau à gaz comprend une enveloppe extérieure, supportant de manière superposée, une grille de support des aliments à cuire et une couche d'un matériau réfractaire destiné à cuire les aliments par rayonnement, un espace étant prévu sous le matériau réfractaire pour le logement d'un bec à gaz.
Selon une autre caractéristique de l'invention, le gril comprend de plus un bec à gaz destiné à chauffer jusqu'à la température de rayonnement le matériau réfractaire, et prévu pour s'adapter au brûleur d'un fourneau à gaz.
Selon d'autres caractéristiques de l'invention, les barreaux de la grille de support des aliments sont réalisés sous la forme de profilés en V, pour recevoir le liquide libéré par la cuisson des aliments, à l'endroit des barreaux, et la face avant de l'enveloppe extérieure s'arrête à hauteur de la grille dont les barreaux, perpendiculaires à l'arête supérieure de cette face, reposent sur ladite arête, en dépassant
de la face avant; la face avant porte d'autre part un bac de réception du liquide de cuisson recueilli par les barreaux de la grille.
Selon encore une autre caractéristique de l'invention, le matériau réfractaire est constitué de roche volcanique, supportée par une grille solidaire de l'enveloppe extérieure.
Enfin, des poignées de transport sont prévues sur deux côtés opposés de l'enveloppe, tandis qu'un couvercle amovible est prévu pour coiffer la face supérieure de l'enveloppe.

La figure 1 est une vue schématique, en perspective, d'un mode de réalisation d'un gril selon l'invention, en position de cuisson sur un fourneau à gaz, et La figure 2 est une coupe longitudinale, en élévation, du mode de réalisation de la figure 1.
Comme on le voit aux figures 1 et 2, le gril comprend une enveloppe extérieure 1 à l'intérieur de laquelle sont supportées, en superposition, une grille 3 de support d'un matériau réfractaire 4, et une grille 5 de support des aliments. Un bec à gaz 2 sert à chauffer le matériau réfractaire jusqu'à la température de rayonnement.
Un bac 6 est d'autre part prévu sur la paroi avant de l'enveloppe, pour recueillir le liquide de cuisson des aliments, tandis que des poignées 7 sont agencées sur deux côtés opposés de l'enveloppe 1,
pour le transport du gril.
Un couvercle amovible 8 est destiné à venir coiffer la face supérieure de l'enveloppe, lorsque l'appareil est inutilisé. Comme on le voit à la figure 1, le couvercle 8 est pourvu de pattes d'accrochage 9 pour l'accrocher en position substantiellement verticale au dos de l'enveloppe 1 lorsque l'appareil est utilisé, tandis qu'il est muni de deux boutons 10 de prise pour la main.
Ainsi qu'il apparaît également de la figure
1, l'enveloppe 1 entoure la grille 5 de support des aliments sur trois côtés, tandis que sa face avant s'arrête à hauteur de la face inférieure de la grille et lui sert de support. L'enveloppe, et le couvercle lorsqu'il se touve dans la position de la figure 1, assurent ainsi une certaine protection contre les éclaboussures provoquées par la cuisson des aliments.
La grille 5 est supportée d'une part, comme dit ci-dessus, sur l'arête supérieure de_la face avant de l'enveloppe, et d'autre part sur des pattes découpées et rabattues, 11, dans la face arrière. Un ajustement de la position de la grille 5 est permis par deux boutons de prise 12, solidaires d'une tige 13 traversant les parois latérales de l'enveloppe 1 par des découpes 14. Comme représenté en figure 1, les decoupes 14 sont en L renversé, assurant ainsi une position d'arrêt inférieure, et une position
d'arrêt supérieure pour la tige 13. Dans sa position inférieure, la tige 13 coopère simplement avec les supports 11 pour supporter la grille.
La grille 5 est constituée de barreaux, solidarisés par des tiges transversales dont une seule est représentée au dessin. Les barreaux ont la forme de profilés en V, et sont disposés perpendiculairement à l'arête supérieure de la face avant de l'enveloppe,
de laquelle ils font saillie. Ils servent ainsi à recueillir une partie du liquide de cuisson, qui s'écoule dans le bac 6.
Le bac 6 est amovible, et vient s'accrocher par des pattes 15 dans des découpes correspondantes de la paroi avant de l'enveloppe.
Le matériau réfractaire 4 est constitué de morceaux de matière réfractaire reposant sur la grille 3, elle-même supportée par l'enveloppe 1 par l'intermédiaire de pattes découpées et rabattues 16.
Le matériau réfractaire est généralement quelconque, mais on a trouvé préférable selon l'invention d'utiliser de la roche volcanique.
Dans le mode de réalisation représenté au dessin, l'enveloppe 1 n'a pas de fond, et le bec à gaz 2 est indépendant de l'enveloppe. Il est placé dans la taque 17 du fourneau à gaz.
De façon générale, cependant, les becs à gaz du fourneau ne conviendront pas bien pour un usage dans le gril de l'invention, et il faudra donc prévoir un bec adapté à cet usage particulier. Dans ce cas, le bec peut_être solidarisé de l'enveloppe par tout moyen approprié, par exemple se loger dans une ouverture prévue dans un élément de paroi de fond de l'enveloppe.
Bien entendu, l'invention n'est pas limitée au mode de réalisation représenté et décrit, qui n'a été choisi qu'à titre d'exemple.

According to the invention, it is proposed to provide a removable grill for a gas stove, that is to say an appliance for cooking food by radiation, which can be placed on an ordinary domestic gas stove, such as a cooking utensil. usual.
The grill of the invention therefore differs essentially from existing grills in that it constitutes a mobile cooking utensil, for a gas stove, which is placed in place on the stove for cooking and which is then removed to put it away, just like a regular pan or saucepan.
According to a characteristic of the invention, a removable grill for a gas stove comprises an outer shell, supporting in a superimposed manner, a grid for supporting the food to be cooked and a layer of a refractory material intended to cook the food by radiation, a space being provided under the refractory material for housing a gas nozzle.
According to another characteristic of the invention, the grill further comprises a gas burner intended to heat the refractory material up to the radiation temperature, and designed to adapt to the burner of a gas stove.
According to other characteristics of the invention, the bars of the food support grid are made in the form of V-shaped profiles, to receive the liquid released by cooking the food, at the place of the bars, and the face before the outer envelope stops at the height of the grid, the bars of which, perpendicular to the upper edge of this face, rest on said edge, projecting
from the front; the front face also carries a tray for receiving the cooking liquid collected by the bars of the grid.
According to yet another characteristic of the invention, the refractory material consists of volcanic rock, supported by a grid secured to the outer envelope.
Finally, carrying handles are provided on two opposite sides of the envelope, while a removable cover is provided to cover the upper face of the envelope.

Figure 1 is a schematic perspective view of an embodiment of a grill according to the invention, in the cooking position on a gas stove, and Figure 2 is a longitudinal section, in elevation, of the mode Figure 1.
As seen in Figures 1 and 2, the grill comprises an outer casing 1 inside which are supported, in superposition, a grid 3 for supporting a refractory material 4, and a grid 5 for supporting food. A gas nozzle 2 is used to heat the refractory material up to the radiation temperature.
A tank 6 is on the other hand provided on the front wall of the envelope, for collecting the liquid for cooking food, while handles 7 are arranged on two opposite sides of the envelope 1,
for transporting the grill.
A removable cover 8 is intended to cover the upper face of the envelope, when the device is not in use. As seen in Figure 1, the cover 8 is provided with hooking lugs 9 to hang it in a substantially vertical position on the back of the casing 1 when the device is used, while it is provided with two 10 hand grip buttons.
As also appears from the figure
1, the envelope 1 surrounds the grid 5 for supporting food on three sides, while its front face stops at the level of the underside of the grid and serves as its support. The envelope, and the cover when it is in the position of Figure 1, thus provide some protection against splashes caused by cooking food.
The grid 5 is supported on the one hand, as said above, on the upper edge of the front face of the envelope, and on the other hand on cut and folded tabs, 11, in the rear face. An adjustment of the position of the grid 5 is allowed by two grip buttons 12, integral with a rod 13 passing through the side walls of the envelope 1 by cutouts 14. As shown in FIG. 1, the cutouts 14 are L-shaped overturned, thereby ensuring a lower stop position, and a position
upper stop for the rod 13. In its lower position, the rod 13 simply cooperates with the supports 11 to support the grid.
The grid 5 consists of bars, secured by transverse rods of which only one is shown in the drawing. The bars have the shape of V-shaped profiles, and are arranged perpendicular to the upper edge of the front face of the envelope,
from which they protrude. They are thus used to collect part of the cooking liquid, which flows into the tray 6.
The tray 6 is removable, and is hooked by lugs 15 in corresponding cutouts of the front wall of the envelope.
The refractory material 4 consists of pieces of refractory material resting on the grid 3, itself supported by the casing 1 by means of cut and folded tabs 16.
The refractory material is generally arbitrary, but it has been found preferable according to the invention to use volcanic rock.
In the embodiment shown in the drawing, the casing 1 has no bottom, and the gas nozzle 2 is independent of the casing. It is placed in the plate 17 of the gas stove.
In general, however, the gas burners of the stove will not be suitable for use in the grill of the invention, and it will therefore be necessary to provide a burner adapted to this particular use. In this case, the spout can be secured to the envelope by any suitable means, for example being housed in an opening provided in a bottom wall element of the envelope.
Of course, the invention is not limited to the embodiment shown and described, which has been chosen only by way of example.

- an outer casing, supporting superimposed
- a support grid for the food to be cooked and
